Founder of Portland Massage and Pain Care
I have been a practicing massage therapist since 2011 and started my private practice in 2017. I deeply believe in refining my clinical approach and staying connected to the evolving science of massage therapy. This commitment includes volunteer work, attending conferences and workshops, and an on-going engagement in a community of healthcare professionals.
I am an advocate for humanism in healthcare and the professionalization of massage therapy. I currently serve as President of the Oregon Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
I have lived in the Pacific Northwest my whole life, and have called Portland 'home' for eight years. I lives with my wonderful dog Timber. We love running and getting lost in the Columbia River Gorge.
